Update Army Book

Hi everyone,

I have updated:
- Kingdom of Equitaine (v2023 beta 3)
- Orcs and Goblins (v2023 alpha 4)
- Hobgoblins (v2023 Beta 4)
- Legions of Sin (v2023 alpha 2)

And added:
- Cult of Errahman (v2023 alpha 1)

Some modifications have been made to existing armies, such as SA for the Caiman Mentor. This will help you and the Project: Better data for T9A ;)

Some bugs have been fixed, and if you find any unimplemented limitations, please do not hesitate to send me a message.

Some limitation for OnG are not implemented now, but you can play with it :)
